Hello Friends of Chefs’ Warehouse and Fine Stop,

WE HAVE HUGE NEWS! We are excited to announce we will be starting Home Delivery now for customers within Calgary’s City limits! Our trial program is set to commence Monday May 25. If we can generate enough support in the next two weeks with home deliveries, we will be continuing this service.

How to order for home delivery:

Please place your order for home delivery by 1pm on Monday. Our home delivery window will be as follows:

• Wednesday between 11am-4pm for addresses in South Calgary and Inner city
• Thursday between 11am-4pm for addresses in North Calgary and inner city

If you reside in Inner city Calgary, please specify your delivery day. Please note - our driver will be very busy. In the case that no one is home, he will bring the order
back to our warehouse and it will be available for pick-up next day.

Our minimum for free home delivery will be $150.00, and a $15.00 delivery for orders between $100-$150.

To place an order for Pick Up:

• Please place orders by 1pm MONDAY, for pick-up WEDNESDAY (Between 10am-3pm)
• Please place orders by 1pm WEDNESDAY, for pick-up FRIDAY (Between 10am-3pm)

There is a $50.00 minimum for pick up.

DISCOUNT CODES!
If you qualify for one of our discounts, please put the code into your order form. We are offering the following discounts;

• CODE: 500 - Home delivery orders over $500 will receive a 10% discount! We encourage you to group together your orders with your neighbors! As long as we are only making ONE delivery, you are eligible for this discount
• CODE: PICKUP - If you request to pick up your order, you are entitled to a 5% discount!
• CODE: RESPONDER10 - If you are a front line worker, you are entitled to a 10% discount!

Our team will be taking the following measures to ensure a safe, COVID free environment. We will be diligent, and continue to follow all CDG Guidance, which you can view at www.cdc.gov;

● All surfaces, door handles, and high-frequency areas will be sanitized frequently
● The facility will be frequently sanitized daily
● We will have a maximum of 4 staff in the warehouse at any time
● Staff will be required to wear gloves and masks while building orders
● Customers will not be allowed in our office or warehouse. Orders will be available at our back door for pickup.
● Our delivery drivers will be practicing ‘contactless’ deliveries
